Hey guys, time for an update already....
So, I already knew that I had a vitamin D deficiency, but wow. I would of never thought it was as low as it was. I went in for blood work, and got a phone call this morning saying that my vitamin D levels were dangerously low, and I needed to get to the pharmacy ASAP to get my prescription.'
I hopped online after getting home, and I checked my charts. ( I have an E-portal to view my documents.) Vitamin D levels are supposed to be between 30.0 and 100.0, mine was sitting at a puny 18.4- the lowest it has ever been. I just cannot seem to catch a break, its just one thing after another.
Any Zebras have low vitamin d levels??
